I already know how to make animated gifs in Photoshop, so once I learned how to cut the video down to a few seconds and import it it was a cake walk from there.

Honestly? Escaping. I read a book or play a video game to forget about whatever it was that made me mad, sad or whatever. Usually by the time I finish I’ve either forgotten why I was so worked up or I escaped the feeling long enough to be able to return to deal with it rationally.

Answer:

Thank you! :) There are several ways/programs you could use to make gifs, but I just use Photoshop CS 3 or 5. They are able to support creating animation and then you just save it out in gif format.

Answer:

I have not, but I’m always looking for new reading material. I’ll keep it in mind :)

I haven’t had as much time to read in the past few years as I’d like, but some books I’ve really enjoyed are Watership Down, Call of the Wild, White Fang, Where the Red Fern Grows, the Sword of Truth series, Hunger Games, Game of Thrones, The Cay, Island of the Blue Dolphin, Yargo and a bunch more that I’m probably forgetting.

Answer:

I do! She was packed up for about 2 months while we moved, but I just recently pulled her back out of her box. I’ll try to get more pictures, she doesn’t have nearly enough.
