Okay, been tagged several times now, so I guess I’ll give it a go.
1. I’m a south paw, but I tend to use my right hand for random menial tasks, like cutting with scissors.
2. I have a big hero fetish. Not super heroes, but your average person that acts exceptionally concerned or protective. Bonus points if they try to hide it behind an unconvincing scowl.
3. Genuine chivalry also makes me weak in the knees. You see so little of it these days that it really makes me swoon. And flowers. Oh god. Please give me flowers.
4. I was a Girl Scout when I was little. I still love the thin mint cookies.
5. I have never, ever owned a Barbie doll (or anything similar). All of my toys when I was a kid were stuffed animals. But now I collect BJDs, so figure that one out.
6. I sleep 10-12 hours a day. I think I may be part cat or something.
7. I’m not very superstitious but I still avoid the number 13 and knock on wood. Just in case.
8. I don’t like to party or get drunk. I find alcohol in general unappealing, but on occasion I’ll have a fruity drink like a margarita.
9. I believe in ghosts. Or rather, I believe in the paranormal.
10. My mother actually wanted to name me Celesse instead of Samantha, so when I was first getting on the internet I thought it was amusing to use it for a screen name. Now ironically it has become as much my name as Samantha is.

Day 8 - Best soundtrack
Shadow of the Colossus. No other game’s soundtrack has given me chills like this game did. The orchestra music was a perfect match, and every time a colossus fell it evoked a deep feeling of sadness and dread from me.

Day 7 - Favorite game couple
New Prince and Elika <3 Prince is sarcastic and charming and Elika is noble and strong. They naturally butt heads, but their relationship progresses through their need to work together (and come on, who could resist his charm?). While playing, Elika is not simply a companion but your right hand, so the bond is reinforced even more. I love their banter and I love how at the end of it all Prince cannot bear to part with her, so he commits a truly selfish act. Now that’s love, baby.

Day 6 - Most annoying character
Chloe from Uncharted 2. I know other game characters have annoyed me, but I haven’t felt such hate for one in a long time. She is a shallow, empty, stereotypical “bad ass" hot girl with guns, pouty lips and sex appeal, but not much else. She is merely eye candy for all the men playing the game and it’s so obvious it hurts. Elena had so much more depth and I can’t believe they let a walking cliche like Chloe into their games to take her place for most of the second game.

Day 5 - Game character you feel you are most like (or wish you were)
I would have to say Rinoa. Sadly, I think a lot of people find her annoying, but I see myself in her. She’s cheerful and playful, and always looks on the bright side. She’s not very strong but she tries really hard. I hope people don’t think I’m annoying too…

Day 4 - Your guilty pleasure game
Cut the Rope. I freaking LOVE this game. It is very addictive, has simple yet awesome gameplay, puzzles that are fun to work out, and superb animation. And it’s only 99 cents! I check it religiously for updates with new levels.

Day 3 - A game that is underrated
This is another tough one. I think I have to steal this one from s0an and say Psychonauts. It’s a game I was always interested in but was never able to play until I got an Xbox360. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I can’t believe it didn’t do better when it came out. It was so enjoyably loopy.

Day 2 - Your favorite character
This is a tough one, but I think I have to say I enjoy Nathan Drake the most. He has a very unimpressive character design, but his personality more than makes up for it. This character relies on who he is, not what he looks like. He’s smart, strong, funny and adorably charming, but he has his flaws too so he ends up being very real.
That being said, Sully was a very close second. I love Sully!

Day 1 - Very first video game
I’m pretty sure it was the original Q-bert. It’s the first one I remember playing.
