Do you have to buy the DVD or is there somewhere that steams it like amazon or Netflix?

There are conflicting dates floating about, but this movie is supposedly due for a US release sometime soon this year via GKIDS. They’ve apparently already selected an English voice cast and everything.
In the mean time you can be a naughty pirate and find a torrent with subs, but I highly recommend supporting the release by buying the DVD (or seeing it in theaters if it makes it there) when it becomes available officially. I know I will!
