FYI, yes, apparently the Popples have been rebooted. It seems to have happened sometime in 2007-2009. They haven’t done much with it though, aside from these new images/characters and a very small amount of new toys.

Though I read a news report back in June that Saban Brands is planning to go the distance with the franchise in fall 2013, with plush, apparel, accessories, mobile apps and more. No mention of a new TV show, but I’m digging the new art style.
